Guidelines for Presenters and Participants

For “in person” oral presentations

• The presentations must be in Microsoft PowerPoint format.
• The duration of the presentation should be no longer than 25 minutes (presumably 20 minutes talk + 5 minutes Q&A).
• The presentation files must be provided to the chair of the certain session at least 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the corresponding session.

For “online” oral presentations

• The presentations must be in Microsoft PowerPoint format.
• The duration of the presentations should be no longer than 25 minutes (presumably 20 minutes talk + 5 minutes Q&A).
• The presentation files must be provided to the ICCF-27 conference secretariat by email at least 12 hours prior to the beginning of the corresponding session.

For poster presentations

• The presentations must be in Microsoft PowerPoint format.
• The presentations can be either one page only or several running slides in sequence.
• The presentations must be loaded in personal laptops of the conference participants that will be connected to LED screens. (The LED screens will be provided in the conference venue.)
• The setting up of the presentations (personal laptops + LED screens) must be done at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the poster session.

Other requirements

• The ICCF-27 conference participants and the accompanying participants must be with their badges during all the ICCF-27 events.
